To celebrate the 100th International Women's Day, WIG held a lunchtime briefing on the 9 March 2011 hosted by Deloitte Consulting. We were delighted to have Sue Langley, Director of Market Operations for Lloyds of London speak about the experiences of her leadership journey.
Following the publication of Lord Davies independent review into Women on Boards, she encouraged senior women to champion the recommendations of the report to help address the gender imbalance at all levels of leadership in organisations in both the public and private sectors.
