WIG’s cross-sector programmes for leaders have been designed to deliver something different – a unique opportunity to hone leadership talent by drawing on an extraordinary breadth of experience, whilst building lasting, high level networks.

Alumni of our programmes testify to the unique benefits of our cross-sector approach. They tell us that as well as the tools and techniques, it’s the support and constructive challenge provided by fellow members of their learning sets that counts – both at the time and thereafter, through their continuing high level networks.

Our programmes are professionally facilitated, allowing delegates to explore their own leadership strengths, whilst considering the similarities and distinctions in how business and government tackle leadership issues. Cross-sector learning sets give delegates the time and space to work through challenges with others from very different environments, gaining from their perspectives and allowing them to assess what leadership means in the context of their organisation.
