Attachments, secondments, interchange and mentoring schemes:

25 years ago, WIG led the way with its first business attachment schemes.

Today we offer a flexible range of tailor-made programmes for business, government and the voluntary sector. They can be full time or part time, and can range in length from five year non-executive directorships and one year secondments to bespoke one day insights into how another sector is tackling a specific issue.

Insights and organisational raids - (1 to 5 days)
Short-term attachments - (up to 3 months)
Long-term secondments (4 - 24 months)
Interchange schemes - (managed programmes for groups of staff)
Mentoring scheme - (supportive one-to-one relationships between senior executives)
Non-Executive Board Members/Charity Trustee's - (non-exec opportunities on government/agency/charity boards)

No two activities are the same as all are carefully planned to answer a particular need or to help solve a particular challenge.
