Steve Coldrick
Steve is a senior civil servant at the Health & Safety Executive where he is Director of its Disease Reduction Programme.
He began his career as a graduate chemist, working in industry and conducting research, before joining the HSE as an inspector. His experience within HSE has spanned regulatory work, HR and delivering organisational change.
Steve has significant mentoring experience in the HSE and beyond – mainly in the public sector but also in the private and voluntary sectors. He is currently acting as a mentor for those taking part in the Leaders UK programme. Steve is a former delegate of The WIG Leadership Programe and now regularly facilitates on the programme.
Hilary Danelian
Hilary has been Programme Director for The WIG Leadership Programme since 1999 when she joined WIG.
Since 2004 she has combined working for WIG with running her own career and executive coaching business, Pathway Coaching, and with associate coaching, facilitation and leadership development work.
Within WIG her role focuses on delivering, managing and commissioning leadership and development programmes. Prior to joining WIG, Hilary’s background was in organisational consultancy and strategic HR. Hilary holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She is also a Master NLP Practitioner, a Certified NLP Coach, a Licensed Career Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
Trevor Hill
From roots in the IT industry, Trevor began a career in learning and development in 1984. He became established as a highly-regarded trainer, designing and delivering custom programmes for both private and public sectors.
He has run his own business since 1990 and clients have included Barclays, Empire Stores, CIS, Natwest, Royal Liver, Eagle Star, AA Insurance, Schenectady International, Standard Life, BMW. He has worked with individuals across the spectrum from graduates through middle managers to senior executives. Trevor is a certified NLP master practitioner and a qualified coach, meeting the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF) of which he is also a member.
Kevin Lloyd
Kevin had a diverse career in the corporate environment before becoming a freelance consultant. He has had a close association with WIG over the past few years; he was a former delegate of The WIG Leadership Programme and he undertook a part-time secondment to WIG where he helped develop the organisation’s strategic planning capability.
His recent consultancy work has included strategy development, scenario and business planning, customer relationship management and personal development. Kevin has an MBA, lectures for the Chartered Institute of Marketing on new product development and acts as a Prince’s Trust mentor. Over the last 8 years he has supported a wide range of business start-ups.
Ruth Morris
Ruth is Managing Director of Rema Consulting and has co-delivered The WIG Leadership Programme since 2000. Rema’s core business is in the areas of leadership, organisational change consultancy, team development, action learning and executive coaching. Ruth’s work takes her into a broad range of organisations in many different countries, continents and market sectors.
Ruth has a Masters degree in Management Development. Along with academic rigour, she brings a practical, common sense approach coupled with a breadth of business experience. Ruth is a visiting lecturer at Cranfield, and a Member of both the CIPD and the Institute of Directors.
