Ralph Lewis

David has been a senior manager in the public (BBC), private (The Body Shop) and voluntary (The King’s Fund) sectors. For the last five years as a consultant with Change-fx he has worked with chief executives, boards and top management teams in over 100 organisations, as well as running board and leadership development programmes involving many others.

He plays an active role in research in organisational change, and has been a Visiting Professor in the business schools at Kingston University and Imperial College, London.

Derek Wood

Derek is Director of The London Centre for Leadership Ltd. The centre specialises in leadership/ management development, top team initiatives and large organisational and culture change projects.

He brings an understanding of business and applied psychology and uses this understanding with top teams and senior and middle managers on leadership issues. He works with managers of all levels to improve their skills and ability to manage and lead, and therefore improve the performance of an organisation.

He has broad experience in both the public and private sectors.
