WIG Organisational Raids

WIG organises cross-sector group visits which enable professionals from one organisation to 'raid' another organisation in a different sector to obtain quick, first-hand experience of their approach to specific issues. Each raid provides a secure environment in which to share best practice, discuss problems and challenge conventional thinking.

The delegates, usually a group of around 12-15, spend a day with the host organisation discussing their know-how around the agreed theme. For the host, the raid provides an opportunity to showcase an area of expertise and gain some fresh and objective feedback from a senior-level audience.

DCMS to Microsoft on 'Project and Programme Management'
UK Passport Service to IBM on 'Leadership'
Department for Work and Pensions to BT on 'Delivering Integrated Communications'
