Breakfast Briefing: European Commission's Climate Change and Energy Package

This briefing examined the main developments in the Commission's Climate Change and Energy Package as it passes through the EU's legislative procedures, including the 19 - 20 June European Council. Reijo Kemppinen, Head of the European Commission Representation in the UK, outlined the timetable for the package and gave some insights into some of the concerns that have been raised by individual member states.
