Development Seminar: Lateral Thinking Skills for Leaders

With resources under tremendous pressure, many leaders are now asking themselves, ‘How can we become much more creative in solving our business problems?’

With resources under tremendous pressure, many leaders are now asking themselves, ‘How can we become much more creative in solving our business problems?’ There is recognition that just working harder is not enough. We need to find new and better ways to do things. How can we harness the creative potential in our teams and encourage people to try innovative approaches to business issues?

This seminar offers a focused, practical approach to help leaders motivate and inspire their people to unleash their creativity. Delegates will discover what is impeding innovation in their areas and they will practise a range of lateral thinking techniques on real business issues.
