Development Seminar: Decisions That Stick - a Team-Based Approach to Making Plans Happen

Many decisions made within organisations fail or nicer get implemented, either because the plans were not clear or because some of those involved in making the decisions didn’t really believe in them. This seminar addresses these problems. It will enable delegates:

-To develop plans that are clear to everyone involved about WHAT they will achieve together and HOW

-To ensure those plans are robust, fully supported and are implemented

Participants will have the opportunity to use the tools and techniques learned during the seminar and to apply them to real workplace challenges.

How are applications evaluated? We aim to achieve a good cross-sectoral balance at WIG events to enrich the learning experience, offer a range of perspectives and maximise networking. Although we aim to give priority to early applicants, we cannot therefore, operate on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.

Member Rate: £450 + VAT. Leadership Programme Alumni Rate: £338 + VAT. Non- member Rate: £560 + VAT. Voluntary sector Rate: £338 + VAT. The seminar fee includes refreshments, lunch and all course materials.

Please note our cancellation policy: no refund is payable if you cancel within 21 days of the seminar, although we will accept a replacement delegate if you are unable to attend.
