WIG FFW Public/Private Procurement Forum (PPPF)

WIG and Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP have worked in partnership to establish a Public/Private Procurement Forum (PPPF) which brings together senior practitioners and decision-makers in the procurement field from commercial, government and legal backgrounds.

Its aim is to promote dialogue between policy makers and practitioners of public procurement in both the public and private sectors and produce well-informed views which can be used, as necessary, to contribute to best practice guidance and to influence future legislation.

Led and chaired by David Gollancz, Partner - Public Sector Group, Field Fisher Waterhouse and Charles Whiddington, Partner - EU and Competition Law Group, Field Fisher Waterhouse, the forum meets regularly and has recently covered the following issues:
