Leadership Programmes - Introduction

WIG offers two leadership programmes:

WIG Leadership Programme - for talented managers with the potential for strategic leadership positions

WIG Senior Leaders Programme - for senior leaders who are running organisations, or key divisions/functions within large organisations

We also offer one day Development Seminars designed to enhance management and leadership capability or delegates' personal impact

What is different about WIG leadership programmes?

• Truly cross-sector learning with diverse delegate groups drawn from the public, private and voluntary sectors
• Highly effective, professionally-facilitated action learning sets - with small groups of 6 or 7 working together to share and resolve their real-time leadership challenges
