People Exchange brings together all our interchange activities – cross-sector attachments, secondments, non-executive appointments and mentoring schemes – and tailors them to address specific business needs.You may be an individual looking to meet specific learning and development needs or an organisation wanting to tap into high calibre skills, gain a fresh perspective from another sector, or structure a comprehensive interchange programme for a group of high potential managers.
In all cases, we pride ourselves on making the right match, to benefit both the individuals concerned and their organisations. In our 25 years of running People Exchange, we have yet to hear from someone who has not gained from their experience of life in another sector.
