The Whitehall & Industry Group (WIG) is an independent charity and membership organisation.
Our role is to champion learning and understanding between the sectors.
We do this through a diverse calendar of events, leadership programmes for different career levels, and a talent function placing people across sectors in short-term roles.
Our membership of around 220 organisations is three-fold:
WIG does a fantastic job for the nation, developing great leaders, developing great perspectives, working cross-sector between government, industry and the voluntary sector. It is a small organisation with a huge idea, working to counter the potential for disfunction in the UK by getting people to work together in a collaborative way.

All of these opportunities from WIG provide a platform where you can engage with a variety of different people you wouldn’t normally engage with, whether that’s speaking at an event, networking, action learning or peer group sessions. All of these things provide rich opportunities to learn
