WIG welcomes new members!

We are pleased to welcome Henley Business School and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation to the WIG membership and look forward to seeing them at our upcoming events.

Henley Business School

Henley Business School was founded in 1945. It is one of the oldest business schools in the UK and part of the University of Reading. They are 1 of only 73 business schools in the world to hold triple-accredited status from the leading UK, European and US accrediting bodies; AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. They have over 7,000 students from more than 140 countries. Henley Business School has 2 UK campuses as well as international campuses and offices in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Malta and South Africa. Their current alumni association has 75,000 members in 150 countries offering networking potential and the chance to keep-up-to-date with the latest thinking.

Joseph Rowntree Foundation

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation was established over 100 years ago and is an independent social change organisation working to solve UK poverty. Through research, policy, collaboration and practical solutions, they aim to inspire action and change that will create a prosperous UK without poverty. They work with private, public and voluntary sectors and people with lived experience of poverty, to build on the recommendations in their strategy. At the 2017 Prospect Think Tank Awards, the Foundation won the UK Social Policy category aware for their ‘We can solve UK poverty strategy’ as well as the overall Think Tank of the Year Award.
