Alison joined BT in July 2015 as Group HR Director. Prior to joining BT, Alison worked in management consultancy and then for Vodafone for 9 years, joining as the Group Director for Leadership & Talent, moving on to be Regional HR Director for the operating businesses in Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific and finally as Regional HR Director for Europe. Alison has experience of leading and developing HR strategy, policy and priorities at both Chief Executive and board level and has held operational, group and HR consulting roles. She has worked across multiple industries and geographies, including a range of experience in M&A, the integration of fixed and mobile operators and converged markets. Alison is married with two sons, two stepsons and a dog and lives just outside Oxford
