HR Roundtable: Cherron Inko-Tariah MBE - The Commercial Power of Staff Networks
Any successful business, whatever the sector, whatever the market place will:
- Understand the value in managing and harnessing the potential of an increasingly diverse workforce;
- Want to recruit and retain the most talented people;
- Aim to provide the best service to clients, patients and customers.
Staff networks, because of their access, insight and experience, can help organisations achieve all of these things and provide valuable perspective.
Join us to hear from Cherron Inko-Tariah MBE who is the founder of the Power of Staff Networks and the author of 'The Incredible Power of Staff Networks.'
She will be leading a discussion on how staff networks can adopt a 21st century mindset and the positive impact this can have on the organisation’s corporate health, agility and the bottom line.
