In this roundtable discussion, Communications Directors from across the sectors will come together to discuss communications lessons learnt from the COVID-19 pandemic, from handling supply chain issues to instilling confidence and building trust with customers. Rebecca Reilly, Group Corporate Affairs Director for J Sainsbury Plc, will open the session, before an open conversation involving all.

    Rebecca Reilly is Group Director of Corporate Affairs for J Sainsbury PLC, reporting to the CEO. Rebecca’s remit covers external communications and public affairs as well as internal communications and engagement for the 189,000 colleagues across the business. The Group includes Sainsbury’s, Argos, Tu, habitat and Sainsbury’s Bank. Prior to this, Rebecca was Group Head of Communications and Head of Corporate Communications. Before joining Sainsbury’s, Rebecca was one of four Directors at Open Road who ran and grew the business before selling it to Blue Rubicon in 2014. Before that, Rebecca was at freuds for five years and Weber Shandwick before that. Rebecca studied Modern Languages (German and Spanish) at Cambridge University.
