What will you gain and how does it work?
How does it work?
Modular - The programme takes place over six months, allowing you to develop within your work schedule.
Experience based - You will be working in a small team of participants from different backgrounds and with different expertise, to deliver an agreed project for a not-for-profit organisation.
On-going support - Your team will be coached throughout the project. You will also benefit from one-to-one coaching, communications training and personal development.

Become a more confident presenter and a capable networker
Understand what is expected of leaders in different organisations and sectors
Learn how to assess your impact on others
Who is this programme for?
Early Careers professionals (2-10 years experience).
This programme takes a collaborative approach and the success relies as much on the attitude, engagement and commitment of participants as on the input or expertise of speakers and facilitators.

Member fee: £1,750 + VAT
Non-member fee: £2,050 + VAT
Charity/alumni fee: £1,500 + VAT
The fee includes lunch and refreshments for all modules, two individual coaching sessions, membership of the WIG Alumni Network and all programme materials. The fee will also cover a group dinner on module 1.
