FLP has been a brilliant programme that I would recommend to all emerging leaders. It has given me confidence in my own leadership and influencing skills that I will utilise in my career.

Amelia Ehren, City of London Corporation.

FLP has given me the confidence to help me to see that I am already a leader, whilst also providing skills and tools to take my natural style and ability to the next level. WIG are first class facilitators and work hard to help you get the most out of the programme.

    Katy Samuels, HM Treasury.

FLP is the best development programme I have been on, I have learnt so much that will benefit me in the future.
