The COVID-19 pandemic has caused employees in organisations across the public and private sector anxiety, stress and mental health challenges. For organisations to constructively address their employees’ concerns and rebuild an engaged and productive workforce, effectively embedding trust in the workplace is vital. To understand how organisations can provide a safe and comfortable working environment based on trust and mutual understanding, WIG is convening a digital HR Directors’ roundtable with Dan Ellis, People Director at Acas. Join us for your opportunity to:
- Explore how to address the trust gap between employees and employers through collaborative working and accommodation of individual needs
- Discuss how employees’ fears, such as concern about the safety of their physical environment, can be alleviated
- Explore how to make the positive mental health and wellbeing of your workforce central to decision making
