Jane Daly, formerly Global Head of L&D at M&S and with more than 20 years working on all sides of the learning industry, is bringing fresh leadership as the Chief Insight Officer for Towards Maturity, leading their research programme and strategic analyst services. Jane is passionate about evidence-based L&D and is committed to coach clients to sustainably transform their organisational and personal impact.
Senior Learning Analyst, Towards Maturity
Nahdia is a senior L&D & Talent analyst and consultant with over 20 years’ experience of working with leaders across FTSE 250 companies, central government, universities, and key public sector organizations. Nahdia currently manages Towards Maturity’s Insight Services, working internally to ensure successful engagement with Towards Maturity’s L&D practitioner community. She also works closely on TM’s strategic partnerships with the supply-side of the L&D market to work with thought-provoking vendors who want to see the sustainable impact of their learning solutions. Nahdia started her career in talent and learning in the not for profit sector, and then moved to a consulting role working for KPMG in their people and change practice. In both roles, she has worked with a broad spectrum of senior executives from Jaguar Land Rover, BAE Systems, BT, BP, RBS, GlaxoSmithKline, Rolls Royce, UK Government at the local and central level, regulators and the not for profit sector.
