Nigel Clifford, Chief Executive, Ordnance Survey

Can a company that saw the first Industrial Revolution power the next one?

Ordnance Survey maps were used to support the first industrial revolution.  More recently, geospatial data - the digital equivalent of the map - has been described as a 'general purpose technology' for the twenty-first century by a government economist. In this breakfast briefing Nigel Clifford, Ordnance Survey CEO, will explore the technical, social and political drivers around how OS and its partners are active in the digital (fourth industrial) revolution with examples of projects including 5G, Connected and Autonomous Vehicles, City Data Exchanges and the Internet of Things.
