Online Women's Leadership: Managing Your Wellbeing Taster Seminar

The health and wellbeing of ourselves, and the people we lead, is even more important in these challenging times.  

From juggling your work, home schooling, looking after and caring for vulnerable members of your family, or in your local community or workplace, for many of us the demands have never been greater.  And the boundaries between life and work and now more fluid than ever.  

In this session we will:

  • Explore our multiple roles, many different hats, and how we manage our wellbeing through this difficult time
  • Identify strategies for finding a way through by taking each wave of these un-chartered waters as it comes, while being aware of the opportunities this situation offers
  • Share a practical framework for wellbeing
  • Explore energy, inspiration and motivation for ourselves and our teams


This online taster seminar is for women only, however we are running a mix gender seminar on the 28th May.

    Ruth Morris

    Ruth has committed her life’s work to helping women achieve their career goals and aspirations, whatever they may be. Internal mentors can help women develop their strategic perspective and understanding of their business. What is often needed is practical help in taking control of their careers, building confidence, developing their personal brand, being more visible, getting heard, being more resilient, actively networking and being more assertive and influential. 

    Ruth specialises in working with women on these areas, helping them to use their uniqueness and gifts to engage and inspire their teams and drive for results. With this approach, Ruth has successfully prepared women for senior and board level positions. 

    She is currently working in a range of businesses including: Rolls Royce, ABN Amro Bank, Mizuho Bank, BAE Systems, Mace Construction, BT, Vocalink, Deloittes, Barclays, Accenture, Institute for Cancer Research, MacMillan, BBC, National Environmental Research Council, Prudential, British Transport Police Authority and many central government departments. Ruth is a founder member of Rema Consulting, has a Masters Degree in Management Development and is an accredited life and career coach.


    Jean Fleming 

    Jean’s coaching focuses on leadership, career and helping women find fulfilment. 

    Jean’s approach is based on the use of emotional intelligence. As a certified EQi-2.0 practitioner Jean helps clients increase their self-awareness and the impact they have on those around them, to ensure they reach their goals and continue to develop into the best leader they can be.

    Having a career spanning over 30 years Jean’s vast experience in HR, business operations and client management, working with both private and public organisations, enables her to support her clients in a number of areas.

    Jean is a Board Director for a large global digital technology company, a position she has held for 10 years and draws on this first-hand experience in her practice when working with senior leaders.

    Jean is the founder and owner of Jean Fleming Ltd, she holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching, has an MSc in Human Resources, is a certified practitioner in Emotional Intelligence and is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation.
