    How does it work?

    The six month modular programme is built around learning, reflection and inquiry. It links learning to real work, blending experiential learning, theory and practical application.

    You will be learning from fellow delegates, co-coaching in small groups, and from WIG’s expert facilitators on the latest thinking on leading in fast changing environments.

    Mid-career professionals (e.g. grade 7-6 in public sector, Heads of departments/Service management)

  • Fees & apply now!

    Fee

    £4,850 + VAT for WIG members and £6,500 + VAT for non-members. We offer a reduced rate of £3,600 + VAT for charities and WIG alumni.  These fees include breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight accommodation for Module 1, lunch and refreshments for all WIG-hosted modules, membership of the Alumni Network, and all programme materials.
