    As a Partner and the Head of Diversity at Pearn Kandola, Nic works with national and multinational organisations addressing a range of diversity areas.  Her experience includes advising on diversity and inclusion strategies, researching and managing the impact of unconscious bias, developing and running diversity workshops, increasing diversity at senior levels, developing bias-free competency frameworks and conducting diversity audits.

    Nic works with senior teams on a global basis, in countries such as North America, Canada, Argentina, Chile, Nigeria, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Japan, China, as well as within the UAE and across Europe.  Her clients include Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Rolls-Royce, Arup, University College London, Imperial College, the Royal Household, Freshfields, Linklaters and Unilever
