The Mindful Advantage - Overcome Stress and Develop Resilience

Mindfulness is increasingly recognised as invaluable in equipping individuals and teams with ways of engaging with an increasingly uncertain and highly pressurised work environment. Research indicates that Mindfulness alters the activity in your brain which has a profound impact on how you handle stress and manage your energy levels. It has also been found to have a positive impact on your immune system.

This seminar will provide a brief introduction to Mindfulness and give insights into how mindfulness is being integrated in the wellbeing agenda of companies in both the public and private sectors,  You will invited to participate in discussion and specific mindful practices.

It has helped me make more effective decisions and manage stress. I’m able to think outside the box and concentrate better."

The seminar will focus on:

  • Background and neuroscience of Mindfulness
  • Benefits for you as an individual as well as your organisation
  • Experiential, interactive experience of mindfulness for all participants

Rather than just listening, this seminar will give you the opportunity to experience mindfulness for yourself. The session will be highly interactive with lots of small group work, bigger group discussion and the opportunity to explore options for introducing mindfulness into your work environment.
