Just saying ‘my door is always open’ is meaningless and for many, this phrase is still too often an empty promise. It can be genuinely hard for leaders to be accessible and to surface issues in the moment. But in today’s workplace, management are expected to break down those barriers.

In this session, Julie will lead a discussion on how to genuinely listen to your workforce as individuals, how to use new forms of data intelligence to surface issues quickly, and how to create a true culture of belonging.
