Director General, Policy and Strategy GroupMinistry of Justice
Jerome Glass is the Director General of the Policy and Strategy Group at the Ministry of Justice. He has been with the MoJ since 2016, previously serving as Directors of Strategy and Prisons Policy, and as Principle Private Secretary to the Lord Chancellor. In his current role, Jerome is responsible for the department’s policy portfolio, including prisons, probation, youth justice, sentencing, human rights, legal aid and courts. Before joining MoJ, he previously worked at DECC, the BBC, and Lazard.
