Racism at Work - The Danger of Indifference: Professor Binna Kandola

Join us to hear Professor Binna Kandola OBE, co-founder of Pearn Kandola, who will share ideas from his new book Racism at Work: The Danger of Indifference which has just been published.  There will be plenty of opportunities to participate and share your experiences too - from minor incivilities to intersectionality.

Professor Kandola is an acknowledged expert in the topic of unconscious bias and has been researching and writing about the topic for nearly 15 years. He has written extensively about bias, most recently co-authoring The Invention of Difference: The Story of Gender Bias at Work. His work challenges orthodox thinking in the field of diversity and inclusion.

We are delighted to be partnering with ACEVO for this event.
