Kate Steadman joined Serco as Group Strategy Director in February 2016. She is responsible for the further development of our strategy, as well as Marketing, Internal Communications, and leading our efforts to further develop Serco’s reputation as a valued and respected source of innovative thinking about the delivery of public services. Kate was previously Senior Vice President for Strategy for the Global Government & Agencies business of Sodexo Group, with a footprint across 80 countries. Prior to this Kate was responsible for Strategy and Public Sector Development for Sodexo in the UK and Ireland. Until 2010, Kate was an adviser to senior politicians in the fields of Criminal Justice, Home Affairs, Legal Affairs, Prisons & Probation. She graduated from Cambridge University and was President of the Cambridge Union.
