    Katy Dowding started her career 30 years ago as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, now Executive Vice President at Construction and Development company Skanska with responsibility for all Building, Building Services and Utilities operations in the UK. She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, was named the Women in the City Woman of Achievement in 2013 and BIFM Leader of the year in 2016, and is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and for furthering Women’s and LGBTQ+ communities in Construction.
