    Director of UK Public Policy, Aviva

    Frank is currently Director of UK Public Policy at Aviva. Prior to this he spent most of his working life in the Civil Service – including 12 years in the Treasury.  During this time, he worked on welfare reform, led the Solvency II negotiations, and then spent four years as Deputy Director in the Financial Services Group – leading on insurance, and the wider financial regulation architecture. Prior to his Civil Service career, Frank completed an M.Phil in Philosophy at King’s College London, and has also worked in the NHS.
