    Dave leads the Economics team at JRF. The team provides thought leadership on the economics of UK poverty and, by understanding the economic causes of poverty, helps JRF design credible solutions. Dave’s own work focuses on making work a route out of poverty. At JRF he has worked on the labour market, industrial strategy, productivity and cities. Dave previously worked at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, and before that spent two years in the Rwandan civil service.
