To fulfil one’s potential as a leader it is not enough to do a good job. You need to understand what makes you stand out from the crowd and you need to ensure that others know who you are and what you stand for. This seminar focuses on exploring each person’s uniqueness and the impact they create and then encouraging them to be courageous in pursuit of their goals.
Designed and delivered by women, for women, the intention of this seminar is to equip women leaders with tools and resources to help them lead in challenging times. It works as a stand-alone event and is also one of a series of four women’s seminars which complement and build upon each other. Through participating in these intensive one-day seminars, women leaders will gain deeper insights into their strengths and talents and enhance the impact they have in their organisations.

By the end of this seminar:
You will gain a clearer sense of your value and potential and how to demonstrate these most effectively. You will go away with a deeper understanding of your own personal brand – what makes you unique, and how you might promote that brand more effectively. The seminar will help you achieve greater personal and professional presence and enhance your ability to make a meaningful difference as a leader.
During the one-day session you will explore:

• the challenges you face as a woman leader
• your unique gifts and how you can build a personal brand based on your key strengths
• how to promote your brand and have greater impact and visibility
• developing the courage to act
A follow-up one-to-one coaching session will offer support and help you maintain focus you as you implement your actions from the seminar.

Development Seminars Bookings Terms & Conditions
Full payment or a valid purchase order must be received before the start of the event. The full fee must either be paid within 30 days of an invoice being issued or, if the booking is made within the 30 days prior to the start of the event, payment or a valid purchase order must be received before the event starting date. For a full refund, cancellations must be confirmed in writing no later than 21 days prior to the event starting date. No refunds apply to cancellations made in the 20 days prior to the event. A substitute delegate can attend in the place of the registered delegate, if WIG is notified in advance. There is no fee to substitute a delegate. Non-payment or non-attendance without written notification will incur the full registration fee.
