Zareena Brown, Chief People Officer, Royal Mail Group, and Heather Jackson, Co Founder, Gen-M, will open the session, before an open conversation involving all.

Zareena joined Royal Mail as Chief People Officer in October 2021. She is responsible for the whole people agenda, including talent management, capability building, diversity, organisation development, reward, and all aspects of the people strategy.
Zareena has extensive HR experience gained over a 25-year career with major multinational companies. Before joining Royal Mail Zareena worked for Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd as their CHRO, and InterContinental Hotels Group in a variety of senior human resources positions including Senior Vice President of Talent, and Learning. Her earlier career was with Hilton Hotels and a number of FTSE 100 retailers.
Zareena is Co-Chair of the Mckenzie-Delis Foundation.
