Almost half a million people living with work-related stress, depression and anxiety have stated being adversely affected by the pandemic in a report published by The Health and Safety Executive in 2021. Some of the notable causes were identified as workload pressures, tight deadlines, too much responsibility, and a lack of managerial support. Join us for this special opportunity as part of our Early Career Network series to hear from Siobhán Sheridan, Chief People Officer at the FCA as she shares her expertise on how to minimise these pressures while developing skills, culture and conduct in the workplace.

WIG is delighted to invite you to attend this event to:

  • Learn how to proactively deal with work-related pressures and develop your own strategies to avoid burnout
  • Discover how to make use of  the support structures your organisation may have available, such as coaching and mentoring schemes, to manage your mental health at work
  • Network with your early careers peers across the sectors, over evening refreshments.
