With new technologies changing the ways that we live and work, how do HR professionals adapt, anticipate and respond to these evolving needs and trends amongst different demographics to ensure their organisations continue to thrive?

This roundtable discussion offers a focused space to learn from others’ perspectives on addressing the challenges and opportunities facing organisations’ senior leaders within HR, Talent, and Leadership Development from across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Facilitated by WIG’s Heads of Talent and Leadership, delegates can submit their top priorities as agenda points in advance, before voting on the topics to cover at the start of the roundtable. The session will be participant designed and led, with all in attendance encouraged to contribute, and offers a unique opportunity for collaborative thinking and creative problem-solving.
