Drop In Session

WIG’s cross‑sector leadership programmes are designed to help you expand your strategic perspective, lead confidently through complexity and change, and collaborate effectively across organisational and sector boundaries to deliver greater impact. We’re offering a short session for those who would find it helpful to understand the programmes more deeply before deciding whether to apply.

Led by Danielle Wallace, Leadership Programmes Manager, the session will outline the programme structure, learning approach and cross‑sector benefits. It also offers space to ask questions and consider how the programme aligns with your leadership journey.

In this session, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Understand the structure, objectives and learning approach of the WIG programme you’re interested in
  • Explore how cross‑sector insight can enhance your leadership capability, drawing on WIG’s unique convening power across government, business and the not‑for‑profit sector
  • Ask questions about cohort dates, suitability, typical participant profiles and expectations
  • Consider how WIG talent and leadership interventions can support your leadership goals, development needs and organisational context.
