WIG's Alumni Network builds on the relationships started through our leadership programmes and interchange activities, helping you to further develop your networks across our diverse and growing community of alumni. The network helps alumni maintain the relationships established through mentoring, secondments, attachments, Non-executive placements and our other interchange activities. It also ensures delegates on our leadership programmes can stay in touch. The programme of events and seminars is designed to encourage all alumni to build new contacts and continue their development as leaders.

Which WIG offerings can be seen on the CSL Portal?
All of WIG's longer-term leadership programmes are allowed as part of CSL, and as such do not require special permission to be used (other than your organisation's normal internal process for budgetary approval). All but two of WIG's 1-day courses/development seminars are also included.
Our Early Career Network brings together future leaders from a range of WIG member organisations. The network will help you build connections with your peers, and develop the skills and knowledge to move ahead in your career.
