This is a quick and effective way to see different approaches, innovative ideas and to explore how another organisation tackles particular challenges. You will partake in a structured programme to ensure your learning objectives are delivered. At WIG we use our expertise to find the right host organisation for you.
Time commitment: Up to 5 days.
Attachments offer you an alternative to a longer-term Secondment. You will gain hands-on experience by delivering a project in a different sector but on a part time/ short-term basis. This gives you the opportunity to deliver or contribute to an agreed project for another organisation. Attachments will enable you to gain practical experience with real deliverables in a sector of your choice. This is a flexible arrangement that you can fit around your own job and personal commitments.
Time commitment: From 30 days to 3 months, either in a block or over a period of time.
