Reverse Mentoring is designed to bring together digital natives at the start of their career with senior leaders who want to stay plugged into the latest technological developments, generational thinking and diversity & inclusion approaches.
In this scheme, the younger participants are the mentors, offering their extensive and native ability to be early adopters of new technologies and new ways of working in a diverse and changing workplace.
