We have been delivering cross-sector leadership development programmes since 1995. With nearly 20 years of experience we have run leadership development from early career to executive and senior management. We run long-term leadership development courses as well as a range of 1 day courses.
WIG uses its broad base to bring together a combination of topics, speakers, theories and practical learning to bring a real diversity of perspectives and insights to common leadership challenges. Each will be unique, as it draws on participants’ own examples and is expertly facilitated input to deliver a dynamic learning environment.
