Our events, leadership development opportunities and networking lunches provide a safe space to have candid conversations, helping women build their confidence and resilience to further their careers and take on senior-level positions.
A 9-month modular programme for talented mid-career women with potential for top leadership roles. The participants are either senior managers in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors; senior civil servants (deputy directors and directors), or local government assistant directors and directors.
I couldn’t recommend the programme more highly. I have benefited hugely. I have learnt what is important in conversations and what’s important to me. It provides a perfect balance of subject areas and methods which enables you to reach your potential.
Short courses, big impact. These brand new seminars help women build their confidence whilst helping them find ways to be mindful and resilient. Both seminars include one-to-one coaching sessions that offer additional support and help you maintain focus and motivation as you implement actions from the seminars.
As one of the highlights in our calendar of events, the lunch brings together over 150 women from a wide range of sectors, offering the opportunity to network and hear from a chosen keynote speaker.
