WIG is supporting the drive to improve public service commissioning to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of government and create innovative partnerships with the private and voluntary sectors.
We improve the skills of public sector leaders so their teams can design service provision, influence and collaborate with external parties as well as shape and manage markets.
We also help develop practical skills and judgement, offer access to the latest thinking and give confidence and courage to deliver radical change.
