The people pillar will encompass events and topics that will cater to practitioners in the HR & Talent and Diversity & Inclusion spaces as well as a wider audience of attendees who have a general interest in the topics presented. WIG acknowledges the prevalence of these issues within organisations and wider society and aims to highlight the importance of these topics by convening a cross-sector audience to learn from each other about how we can best address them. WIG will be seeking to address this agenda through events in four key topics: HR & Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, general interest and learning & development.
