Speakers at the Event
David Willis is a professional voice coach and body language expert, he has worked with major public and private sector organisations and coached actors at both the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Globe Theatre. He helps individuals and organisations to develop effective communication, influencing and relationship skills.
He has taught in many of London’s leading drama schools as well as in Europe the United States and South East Asia. David is an accredited NLP Master Practitioner, an NLP Coach, he is a qualified Master in Group Dynamics and is a Cardiac Coherence Trainer. David won a top speaker award by Vistage, an International Chief Executives' organisation, for being inspiring and motivational. He is also one of the few people in the UK licenced to evaluate Benziger profiles.
Cathy is a leadership specialist and executive coach with over 25 years of experience designing and delivering cross-sector leadership programmes. As former Head of Leadership at WIG, she developed innovative programmes to support senior leaders across government, business, and the not-for-profit sector.
Previously, Cathy spent 16 years in global leadership roles at the University of Cambridge’s Business School and the Møller Institute, working with executives from diverse industries. She holds an MA, MBA, and an Advanced Diploma in Transformational Coaching (EMCC Senior Practitioner level). A linguist and lifelong learner, Cathy is passionate about helping leaders navigate complexity and drive meaningful change.
Gina serves as Programmes Manager and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Champion at WIG, drawing from nearly a decade of experience in the international NGO sector, with a strong focus on gender equality and human rights. Transitioning from a background in international law, Gina works at the national level now with senior civil servants and industry leaders, helping them navigate the intersection of public service and the private sector. By developing leadership capabilities in these individuals, Gina supports their influence on national policy, fosters partnerships, and empowers them to lead effectively in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Gina is passionate about supporting members in taking a step back to reflect on how they lead and where they want to take their leadership journey.Gina holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and History from Birkbeck and an MA in Human Rights and International Law, and she is dedicated to creating inclusive cultures that empower leaders to thrive.
