Speaker at the Event

Jen joined NatWest Group in August 2020 and is the Chief People and Transformation Officer with a broad set of responsibilities covering HR, group wide transformation, customer journeys, supply chain and property.

Jen is also co-Executive Sponsor for ‘Rainbow’, the Group’s LGBTQ+ employee led network and Sponsor for the Wellbeing agenda.

Prior to joining NatWest Group, Jen spent 15 years at Lloyds Banking Group. Appointed to the Group Executive Committee in 2017, she was Group Director, People and Productivity. Prior to that, she was the Group Organisation Design and Cost Management Director, Group Customer Services Director and MD, Business Banking serving over a million small business customers. Before working in financial services, Jen worked in both the engineering and airlines sectors.

Jen is a non-executive director on the board of Morgan Sindall Plc, a FTSE250 construction, housing, infrastructure and regeneration business where she also chairs their RemCo. Jen is also a non-executive director on the board of HM Revenue and Customs and chairs their Customer Experience Committee. She has previously sat on the boards of City, University of London where she also chaired their RemCo, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and Kent Community NHS Foundation Trust. She is a fellow of the CIPD and co-founder of Stratos.

Jen graduated from Oxford University and has three children.
