Introduction to us and Government Campus / Civil Service Learning
As a civil servant or public sector employee who wants to develop your career, you want to be confident you’re choosing a high-quality programme of learning. Our cross-sector learning programmes give you that confidence – and you can sign up for them via the Government Campus (KPMG & EY).
In the first instance please get in touch to have a conversation with WIG's Leadership team. They will guide you on which bespoke intervention or what open enrolment programme best suits your needs.
Our leadership programmes received the 2023 Government Campus “Excellence in Leadership Learning Award”. This award celebrates development programmes that have gone the extra mile to make the Civil Service more skilled, innovative and ambitious.
We’re one of the few options on Government Campus where you can learn alongside peers from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. It's worth noting that while our programmes offer exceptional value, there may be an additional booking fee associated with registration through Government Campus.
How to book:
To register your interest and learn about the pricing of our programmes, please follow these steps:
1. Reach out to our leadership team to express your interest. Upon acceptance into a programme, you will proceed to pay for your place via Government Campus.
2. Request a 'Public OTS booking form' (an Excel spreadsheet) from the Government Campus by contacting [email protected] or accessing your 'learning catalogue' page at: https://learn.civilservice.gov.uk/courses/aPRZPHklRPKNvoCcUjSNLg
3. In the “Product Selection” Tab of the booking form, select our product from the dropdown. Narrow down the options by selecting from the 'Subject Area' (Leadership Development) and 'Subject Name' dropdowns (Leading People Through Change).
4. You will find our open enrolment leadership programmes listed as follows:
- Enhancing Your Leadership Presence F2F
- Senior Leaders programme F2F
- Step Up Step Across programme F2F
- Women's Leadership programme F2F
- Advanced Collaborative Leadership Programme F2F (coming to the Government Campus portal in 2024)
Following these steps will allow you to complete your booking form and pay for your place in the desired programme.

If your public sector organisation has not signed up to Civil Service Learning, you pay The Whitehall & Industry Group directly.
