About masterclasses

Our diverse suite of masterlasses helps groups of talented individuals develop new leadership skills and tackle organisational challenges.  Each masterclass tackles a different leadership challenge and gives participants the tools and insights to improve individual and organisational performance.

At WIG, we’ve been championing learning for nearly 40 years and understand how leadership development and cross-sector insight can improve outcomes for individuals, organisations and society. By commissioning one of our masterclasses, your organisation and people will benefit from fresh thinking, helping leaders to use insight from other sectors to tackle organisational challenges.

Who are they for?

Our masterclasses are offered as learning and development opportunities, they are ideal for a cohort of delegates who have been identified by their managers or L&D team as wanting to boost their leadership skills.

Each masterclass is tailored to a particular topic or leadership challenge.  We offer a diverse range of masterclasses to suit development needs. If you’re interested in running a masterclass for your team, we can design a bespoke session or deliver an ‘off the shelf’ masterclass to deliver in-person or virtually.
