As a mentee, we understand that you will have individual requirements and preferences which will need to be fulfilled to ensure you gain optimal benefits from your mentoring relationship. Through the Whitehall & Industry Group’s mentoring services, meeting with your mentor once a month over a period of up to one year, you will gain cross-sector exposure whilst aiding personal and professional development.

This form is designed to assist WIG’s Talent Team with facilitating a successful mentor match.
